A cleverly placed thermal insulator lies at the centre of every Thermal-Heart window and door profile.
The polyamide insulator, which is made from glass-reinforced nylon, ensures that cold does not transfer easily across the aluminium bridge from outside to inside. Thus condensation on the aluminium is eliminated. When this barrier in the aluminium is combined with double glazing the result is a window system that more than meets contemporary demands for moisture-free thermal efficiency.
Thermal-Heart products have been thermally tested to exceed the WANZ Window Energy Rating System. They are ideal for those projects where winter cold and large window or door size make conformance with NZS 4218: 2004 Energy Efficiency – Small Building Envelope a high priority.
